Rainy Day in Siena...
It was a beautiful day today, it rained all night which left a beautiful layer of fog in the morning. I went up to the panorama view in the museum and I could see all of Siena. Just beautiful, and it was only me up there! It was so peaceful and quiet. I took tons of pictures, I could have photographed up there all day! I met a man named Palov up there, an architect studying in Florence but from the Czech Republic. Then the rain came down, and hard!
Neither one of us wanted to leave the tower until it stopped so we had great conversation until the rain let up. Afterward we took some coffee and just walked the streets of Siena, caught a beautiful sunset. Even though it rained on and off, the day was perfect. Siena is beautiful. I'm hoping to rent a car in the morning to drive around to Lucca, Arezzo and anywhere else I can get to! Talk to you all soon!!
